Preparation of Institutional Plan

Abstract

To enhance the best quality in higher education it is mandatory to chalk an institutional plan. Planning is a major instrument in every system to achieve the optimum utilization of available resources and felt needs. Good institutional plan could develop goal orientation, cooperation among the various stake holders and consistency by introducing latent changes and subtle improvement in the motivation level of all segments of it. Usually the planning of this level is done by the management but the participation of faculty, students and community can make the plan more viable and stable.
